How can I register?

You can register online at www.salomonx-trailrun.com or on-site registration at Salomon Store @ Velocity, Level 1 or World of Sports Tampines 1 #03-14/15.

How can I register in bulk?

For bulk/ corporate registration, please email to salomonrun@vgocorp.com

Is GST included in the registration fee?

Yes.

How will I know if my entry has been accepted?

Online Registration: You will receive a confirmation slip and Paypal receipt upon your successful registration.

Can I change race categories after I have registered?

No.

Why is it that I have not received my confirmation slip despite registering and making payment?

There could be several reasons:

  • The email has been blocked by your mail server and / or treated as Spam.
  • Your registration was not successful.
  • Error in your email address.

If all the above fails, please write in to salomonrun@vgocorp.com and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • NRIC/ Passport No.
  • Race category
  • Date of registration

Please allow at least 3-5 working days for investigations.

Will there be any finishing medal for the race?

Yes. Finisher medal will be issued upon completion of the entire run for competitive categories only.

Will there be any Certificate for participation?

No.

If I do not wish to withdraw from the race, can I transfer my registration?

No.

If I can’t make it for the race pack collection day, can I get my friend to collect the race pack on my behalf?

Yes, you may appoint your relatives, friends or representatives in Singapore to collect the race pack on your behalf. However, authorisation forms must be presented on the race pack collection day.

Why my payment does not get through?

  • JavaScript & Cookie are not enable in your browser. Make sure your browser have them enable before proceed with payment. Enable them by going to the internet setting.
  • Double check your credit/debit card expiry date, make sure it is still current.

When will we be able to view the exact race route?
Race route will be fully revealed on the Race Pack Collection Day.

Will there be baggage area allocated on the race day?
Bag Deposit service is available. Please avoid bring any valuables to the race as the Organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage of valuable resulting from the bag deposit service.

Will there be carparks at the event venue?
No. The nearest carpark will be between Tampines Avenue 7 and Tampines Avenue 6 block 403, 405, 415, 420 & 421 multi-storey carparks. It would be best to travel by public transports, alight at Tampines MRT station and board bus no. 15, 27 or 168 at Bus stop near Tampines MRT station (Tampines Ave 4, bus stop no. 76141) alight at the bus stop before Tampines Regional Library (Tampines Ave 7, bus stop no. 76199) and a 10 mins walk to Tampines Mountain Bike Park & Trail.

Will there be individual flag-off time for each category?
More info will be given on race pack collection.
